We had an "earthen" basement in Pleasant View that was dry for over 30 years. BUT, after the heavy recent storms and rain the basement flooded to over 5 inches of rain. The area became a total mud pie!
Two companies came to look at the mess we had - one said he was not anything he could do and the other said he was too busy "right now". In a frustrated conversation Crawlspace Titans was highly recommended to us by a family member who had used their services before and were very pleased - and thankful.
We contacted "Matt" at the number given and had an immediate response.
Rather than write a "book" on the experience we had with this company I will simply say -
They - the whole team - are simply amazing people. All are knowledgeable/proficient, prompt, and pleasant.
It did take time to prepare the area due to the standing water and underlying MUD. They took care of that. They took care of EVERYTHING!
They hauled away the things that were stored - and ruined, in the area. Making sure we approved of the removal before taking it away.
They dug the trenches, they brought the gravel and the black pipe, - and EVERYTHING else that was needed to begin the phase of restructuring what was required for us to have a useable "basement" again. AND - in several places THEY HAD TO CRAWL! (In the MUD) !
This project took time due to weather, etc. However, they always explained what was happening and what was required as time passed and work progressed. They came when they said they would - every time. EVERY TIME!
We now have an amazing fully sealed basement, all in white!!
It is serviced by a sump pump and associated drain, as well as a dehumidifier. Useable, clean, dry and inviting.
