Why did the customer contact us?

The agent requested Crawlspace Titans to evaluate the extent of floor damage and excessive issues within the crawlspace. They had received multiple quotes from other companies but wanted an honest assessment from a trusted source. This agent has worked with Crawlspace Titans several times in the past for inspections on homes being sold.

Solutions provided:

This project involved a complete crawlspace and flooring restoration to address severe moisture damage and structural issues. The crawlspace showed significant signs of water penetration and accumulation, so our team installed an interior drainage system with a sump pump to efficiently collect and redirect water away from the home. All contaminated insulation and debris were removed, followed by a full fungal and mold cleaning. We then completed a full 125-mil encapsulation to seal and protect the crawlspace environment. A dehumidifier was installed to maintain proper humidity levels and prevent future mold growth. Damaged floor joists were replaced, and a new crawlspace door was installed to protect against moisture and animal intrusion. Inside the home, damaged flooring and subfloor were replaced, with new LVP flooring installed in the bathrooms, laundry area, and bedroom closet. Finally, Power Post support systems were added to stabilize the new flooring, particularly under the laundry area, ensuring long-term strength and durability.
