The homeowner contacted Crawlspace Titans to address concerns in the crawlspace before family members move into the residence. Our team evaluated the space for potential issues such as moisture, mold or fungal growth, and structural concerns, and provided recommendations to improve safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Solutions provided:

After inspecting the crawlspace, it was determined that a new, complete vapor barrier was needed due to damage to the existing barrier. Visible fungal growth was also observed, and we recommended treating the affected areas and installing a dehumidifier to control moisture and help prevent future growth. Recommended solutions include installing a new vapor barrier and a dehumidification system to protect the home and create a healthier, more stable environment for the family.
