Job completed for Marisa T

Completion date: November 12, 2025

Location: Murfreesboro, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner contacted us with concerns about noticeable sinking in their kitchen and bedroom floors. In the kitchen, the refrigerator and cabinets had begun to lean, and the bedroom flooring felt uneven underfoot. Their primary concern was restoring stability to these areas and preventing any further settling.

Solutions provided:

After inspecting the crawlspace, we conducted detailed levelness measurements beneath the bedroom and kitchen areas. To address the settling observed, we proposed installing PowerPost support systems with PolyBase engineered footers in strategic locations under the affected floor joists. These supports are designed to stabilize the flooring structure and prevent further sinking. In many cases, we are also able to provide incremental lifting over time, gradually bringing the floor closer to its original position.
