Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us after receiving a strong recommendation from their real estate agent, who was familiar with the quality of our work. They were seeking a thorough crawlspace cleanup and a full encapsulation system installation due to concerns about excess moisture and animal feces.

Solutions provided:

During our inspection, we identified the need for improved exterior drainage to help protect the foundation. We recommended and installed buried downspout extensions with pop-up emitters to efficiently direct water away from the home. This solution not only enhances drainage performance but also provides a cleaner, more visually appealing yard by eliminating above-ground downspout extensions.

Inside the crawlspace, we removed all debris and the majority of loose rock to prepare the area for encapsulation. A complete fungal treatment was performed prior to installation. We then installed a full encapsulation system along with a dehumidifier to regulate humidity levels and help prevent future fungal growth.

This comprehensive solution improves indoor air quality, enhances moisture control, and provides the homeowner with long-term protection for their crawlspace and overall home structure.
