Why did the customer contact us?

The customer reached out to one of our inspectors for a full-service crawl space improvement project. They needed immediate action on multiple fronts, including debris removal, effective fungal treatment, and the installation of a new, protective vapor barrier.  The customer was having additional renovations completed on their home and they wanted a professional crawl space company to address issues under the home.

Solutions provided:

Through close coordination with the homeowner on their comprehensive home projects, we were able to successfully execute our detailed crawl space remediation plan. The process began with the essential step of removing excessive amounts of debris from the area, creating a clean foundation for all subsequent work. This was followed by the necessary fungal treatment and the strategic installation of a new, long-lasting sealed vapor barrier. We chose a durable, cross-woven white vapor barrier for this critical barrier; its superior strength ensures it will hold up significantly longer, while the white color helps us—and the homeowner—to quickly reveal any potential leaks or issues that may arise. This sealed barrier is the final key to minimizing ground moisture from penetrating the crawl space and home, providing years of stable protection and improved air quality.
