During the home purchase and lender appraisal process, significant settlement and foundation issues were identified, including interior and exterior cracking. As a result, we were contacted to perform a professional evaluation and provide a reliable solution to address the foundation concerns and help move the transaction forward with confidence.

Solutions provided:

After our assessment, we recommended the installation of a Push Pier foundation stabilization system at the affected areas. The foundation was stabilized by carefully excavating along the exterior, installing the Push Piers to transfer the load to stable bearing soil, and then restoring and regrading the excavated areas. This solution permanently stabilized the foundation, preventing further movement and providing long-term structural support for the home well into the future.
