The homeowner contacted Crawlspace Titans after experiencing repeated flooding in the crawlspace and wanted a long-term solution to control moisture and improve the overall condition of the space. He was also interested in adding a full crawlspace encapsulation to protect the home moving forward.

After a thorough inspection, our specialist identified significant standing water in multiple areas of the crawlspace. To address the issue at its source, we recommended removing the existing water and installing an interior drainage system paired with a sump pump to effectively capture and discharge incoming moisture away from the foundation.

At the homeowner’s request, we also installed a full crawlspace encapsulation system along with a high-capacity dehumidifier to control airborne moisture and create a clean, dry, and healthy crawlspace environment. During the project, our team discovered damaged floor joists, which were professionally repaired to restore strength and stability to the flooring system above.

By the completion of the project, the crawlspace was fully protected from water intrusion, structurally reinforced, and properly sealed for long-term moisture control. The homeowner was extremely happy with the results.
