The homeowner contacted Crawlspace Titans after noticing uneven floors and cracking in the interior walls, raising concerns about potential structural issues. The home, built in the 1960s, showed signs of settling and inadequate crawlspace support.

After a full inspection, we recommended installing additional structural support to properly stabilize the flooring system. Our team installed Power Post stabilizer systems with supplemental beams to restore strength and integrity to the home.

To address ongoing moisture concerns, we completed a full crawlspace encapsulation, including a new crawlspace access door for added protection. The encapsulation system was finished with a high-quality Aprilaire dehumidifier to control humidity and protect the crawlspace from future moisture-related damage.

With both the structural and moisture issues resolved, the home is now better protected for long-term stability and performance.
