After a thorough evaluation, we recommended a complete fungal treatment, an affordable structural repair, and additional vapor barrier taping to properly seal and reinforce the existing liner. As shown in the before and after photos, the improvement is significant, particularly in the areas affected by fungal growth.

The crawlspace is now cleaner, healthier, and structurally sound, providing peace of mind for the new homeowners and helping ensure a successful closing.
