Job completed for Amy C.

Completion date: February 11, 2026

Location: Clarksville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner contacted us after noticing their floor was sagging and unstable due to an improperly installed fireplace system. Upon inspection, we discovered significant structural concerns beneath the home.

Solutions provided:

The damaged area required new floor joists to restore proper support where the floor had dropped. We also found fungal contamination in the crawl space, which had compromised the integrity of the wood framing. Our team performed a full fungal remediation, including cleaning and treatment to prevent future growth.

To ensure long-term stability, we removed the damaged subfloor and installed new, structurally sound subflooring along with new floor joists. The improperly installed fireplace system was also safely removed.

The result is a solid, secure flooring system that gives the homeowner confidence and a clean foundation to install the new flooring of their choice.
