Why did the customer contact us?

This homeowner was a returning customer after trusting us with their crawl space encapsulation. Recently, they began noticing a slight drop in the flooring of their bedroom and bathroom, along with a crack forming in the wall. Wanting to address the issue early, they called our team for a thorough inspection.

Solutions provided:

After a detailed evaluation and laser level measurements, we identified approximately a one-inch drop in a section of the home. The floor joists in that area were overspanned, leading to structural movement and settlement.

To permanently correct the issue, we installed a reinforced beam system supported by adjustable Power Post supports. This solution stabilized the structure and restored proper support to the affected area.

With the new support system in place, the homeowner no longer has to worry about continued floor settlement or structural movement. Their home is now properly supported and protected for the long term.
