After visiting our website, the homeowner contacted our office to schedule a free crawlspace inspection. He was interested in a full encapsulation system after discovering standing water beneath the home that was contributing to ongoing moisture concerns.

During our inspection, we identified significant standing water throughout the crawlspace that required immediate attention. Our team began by extracting the water using a professional-grade submersible pump. To provide a permanent drainage solution, we installed a full interior perimeter drain tile system designed to capture and redirect groundwater to a newly installed sump pump system. This ensures that any future water intrusion is efficiently managed and discharged away from the foundation.

Due to the elevated moisture levels, substantial fungal growth was present on the floor system and structural framing. We performed a complete fungal remediation treatment to eliminate the growth and prevent further deterioration. Damaged floor joists were professionally repaired, and supplemental beams were installed to restore and reinforce the structural integrity of the home.

To complete the project, we installed a full crawlspace encapsulation system to provide long-term moisture control, improved air quality, and ongoing protection of the home’s foundation and structural components.
