Job completed for Ashton B.

Completion date: February 17, 2026

Location: Morrison, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Shortly after purchasing their new home, the client contacted us with concerns about moisture intrusion along the basement walls. Like many new homeowners, they wanted to proactively address the issue before it developed into a larger problem.

Solutions provided:

After a thorough inspection of the basement, we identified signs of water penetration and determined that a comprehensive interior drainage system would provide the most effective long-term solution.

To properly protect the space, we installed a custom interior drain line along the affected basement perimeter. This system channels groundwater to a newly installed sump pump, which safely discharges the water away from the foundation to the exterior of the home.

In addition, we relieved hydrostatic pressure against the foundation walls and installed a durable vapor barrier system. This barrier helps prevent visible moisture intrusion while allowing any water that may seep behind it to be directed into the drainage system for controlled removal.

The result is a dry, protected basement and a system designed to manage water before it becomes a structural or air-quality concern.
