Job completed for Daniel C.
Completion date: March 4, 2026
Location: Nolensville, TN
Why did the customer contact us?
The client was in the process of purchasing a new home in Nolensville, Tennessee, when their home inspection identified several concerns in the crawlspace, including fungal growth, a deteriorated vapor barrier, and clear evidence of excess moisture.
Solutions provided:
After evaluating the crawlspace, we recommended removing the damaged and partial vapor barrier to properly address the underlying moisture issues. Our team then performed a comprehensive fungal treatment using our specialized application system to thoroughly treat the affected areas.
Once the treatment was completed, we sealed the crawlspace vents and installed a full crawlspace encapsulation system. This system creates a protective barrier along the walls and ground, preventing moisture and water vapor from entering the crawlspace environment.
To complete the moisture control system, we installed a Wi-Fi enabled dehumidifier that allows the homeowner to monitor humidity levels in the crawlspace remotely. With proper moisture management now in place, the homeowner can move into their new home with confidence knowing the crawlspace environment is clean, dry, and helping protect both the structure of the home and the health of their family.
