Job completed for Dennis C.
Completion date: March 20, 2026
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Why did the customer contact us?
Dennis was referred to us by a trusted real estate agent we’ve successfully worked with on past projects here in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Before reaching out to our team, he had already hired another foundation repair company, but unfortunately, the problems were never fully resolved. He continued to experience uneven floors, moisture intrusion, and worsening conditions in his crawlspace.
Solutions provided:
After a detailed crawlspace inspection, we identified multiple underlying issues affecting both the structure and overall health of the home. The floors were out of level due to inadequate support, so we recommended and installed a reinforced support system using power posts along with precision shimming. This process helped restore stability, improve floor levelness, and protect the long-term structural integrity of the home.
In addition to structural concerns, we found significant water intrusion along the foundation walls. Standing water in a crawlspace is one of the leading causes of mold and fungal growth, wood rot, and poor indoor air quality. To solve this, we installed a full perimeter interior drainage system with a sump pump to effectively capture and redirect water away from the home, keeping the crawlspace dry year round.
Due to prolonged moisture exposure, there was also extensive fungal growth throughout the crawlspace. Our team performed a full fungal remediation, removing and treating affected areas to create a cleaner, healthier environment.
To prevent future issues, we completed a full crawlspace encapsulation using a durable vapor barrier system, installed a high performance dehumidifier to control humidity levels, and added a new insulated crawlspace door to properly seal the space.
If you’re dealing with crawlspace moisture, uneven floors, or foundation concerns in Mount Juliet, TN or the surrounding Middle Tennessee area, our team provides proven solutions for crawlspace repair, waterproofing, and encapsulation.
