The new homeowner in Bell Buckle, Tennessee contacted us after a home inspection identified concerns within the crawlspace during the purchase process. Our evaluation confirmed elevated moisture levels beneath the home, a condition that can lead to fungal growth, wood deterioration, and long-term foundation stress if not properly addressed.

To correct these issues, we recommended and installed a new, heavy-duty white vapor barrier to replace the existing damaged liner, significantly improving ground moisture control. With these combined improvements, moisture barrier replacement, fungal treatment, interior drainage, sump pump installation, and corrected roof runoff management, the crawlspace is now protected with a comprehensive water control system designed to safeguard the home for years to come.
