The customer contacted us regarding crawlspace remediation to address issues within the crawlspace and improve its overall condition.

Completed comprehensive crawlspace remediation, including removal of damaged insulation and debris, organic growth cleaning and disinfection, installation of a perimeter drainage system with a sump pump, structural joist and beam support repairs, Delta matting, R11 wall insulation, and a reinforced 20-mil vapor barrier encapsulation system. A new crawlspace door, E80 dehumidifier, buried downspout extensions, and required electrical outlets were also installed to improve moisture control, drainage, structural stability, and overall crawlspace conditions.
