Customer contacted us regarding structural and foundation concerns, including crawlspace water intrusion, moisture issues, microbial/fungal growth, elevated wood moisture, and uneven/sagging floors. They want the structural and foundation work prioritized first, followed by moisture control and crawlspace remediation.

Completed crawlspace remediation and structural stabilization, including removal and disposal of damaged debris and treatment of light organic growth on affected wood surfaces. Installed two adjustable steel Power Post supports with a steel beam to reinforce and stabilize the floor system, along with 56 linear feet of 2x8 sister joists near the crawlspace entrance. Installed a 129-linear-foot interior drainage system connected to a 1/2 HP sump pump to manage groundwater intrusion. The crawlspace was fully encapsulated with a 12-mil reinforced vapor barrier, with seven vents sealed and a custom-built crawlspace door installed. A 120 PPD performance dehumidifier with condensation pump and exterior drainage was also installed to provide ongoing humidity and moisture control.
