Customer is selling the home and noticed water intrusion.

Sealed potential crawlspace entry points around the foundation and pipe penetration, including adding a mesh cover to the gravity-fed drain to help prevent critters and clogs. Installed a new 10-mil white poly vapor barrier over the existing barrier, secured and sealed around the foundation walls and piers to improve moisture control and help prevent mold, mildew, and moisture-related damage.
