Customer had fungal growth that was spot-treated and wants a professional inspection to confirm it was properly treated. They are now concerned about the condition of the vapor barrier following the treatment.

Performed a full crawlspace inspection to assess the foundation, structural components, moisture concerns, and signs of fungal or insect damage. Treated isolated areas of fungal growth with a non-toxic disinfectant, removed damaged or contaminated debris, and installed a new 6-mil black poly vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor to improve moisture control and help prevent future mold, mildew, and wood damage.
