Customer reported soft, bouncy, and bowing floors in the bathrooms and wants both areas inspected.

Removed damaged/contaminated crawlspace debris and replaced compromised 2x8 floor joists and sections of damaged subfloor. Installed two adjustable steel power posts to reinforce and stabilize the floor system. Cleaned and treated moderate organic growth throughout the crawlspace, installed a new 12-mil woven white poly vapor barrier, and replaced the crawlspace door to improve moisture control and overall crawlspace protection.
