The customer contacted us because the crawlspace had damaged or contaminated debris, organic growth, and moisture concerns that required professional cleaning, disinfection, and moisture control.

We removed and properly disposed of approximately 1,872 sq. ft. of damaged or contaminated debris, treated approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of affected surfaces with cleaning and disinfection, installed a reinforced 12-mil woven white poly vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace, sealed eight crawlspace vents, and installed a 120 PPD dehumidifier system with a condensation pump and exterior drainage to provide ongoing humidity control and protect the home from future moisture, mold, and structural damage.
