The customer is selling the home and was referred by the buyer’s agent. They contacted us to evaluate the main beam and confirm that it is properly supported. A mold inspection has already been completed. They want to address the findings from the pre-inspection, determine whether any repairs are needed, and avoid issues that could cause the sale to fall through.

Installed six Power Post Support Systems to reinforce and stabilize the floor system and provide long-term structural support. Performed a Level 1 fungal treatment by applying Bioesque Disinfectant to exposed crawlspace surfaces, including the subfloor, joists, rim joists, seal plate, and other organic surfaces, to disinfect and address fungal growth.
