Customer called to address standing water and improve drainage by properly channeling water away from the area.

Recommended installation of a Curtain/French Drain in the rear garden area to eliminate standing water and properly channel surface and groundwater away from the home. The system will collect and redirect water to a designated discharge area, helping reduce water accumulation and moisture-related issues. River rock stone was also added to improve drainage and help manage water flow in the area.
