Solutions provided:
We provided fungal treatment and cleaning, 12 mil poly crawlspace encapsulation, a Titans Flow System and 1/2 HP sump pump for water management, a 120PPD dehumidifier for humidity control, crawlspace vent sealing, a new crawlspace door, buried PVC downspout extensions, and dedicated electrical circuits and GFCI outlets for the crawlspace equipment.
