The customer contacted us to address moisture and structural concerns in the crawlspace. They needed wall and pier reinforcement, a new vapor barrier to help control moisture, a sump pump system to improve water management, and tuck point repairs to address masonry concerns.

Installed three steel wall braces to reinforce the crawlspace walls, installed approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of 6-mil black vapor barrier on the walls and piers for moisture control, installed a single sump pump system with exterior discharge for water management, and completed tuck point repairs to address masonry joints.
