The customer contacted us due to significant crawlspace moisture and standing water, foundation erosion, structural support concerns, fungal growth, damaged foundation walls, and contaminated/damaged debris.

Installed a sump pump system to manage standing water and direct it to the exterior. Installed a 6-mil black vapor barrier across the crawlspace walls and piers. Added structural support using power posts, engineered footers, footing pads, and support beams. Performed Level 2 fungal treatment and cleaning of accessible organic surfaces. Repaired the rear foundation wall with CMU block support, completed mortar tuckpointing, and added structural framing support to damaged foundation openings. Removed and disposed of damaged or contaminated crawlspace debris and insulation.
