The customer contacted us regarding water intrusion at the right rear of the home. The inspection noted displaced plastic, fungal growth, and efflorescence. The main concern is exterior water pooling caused by a grading issue under the deck. They would like two separate quotes: one for drainage improvements and another for additional fungal growth treatment and vapor barrier work. The customer also mentioned a roof issue and was informed that Bobby & Chris could be recommended for the roofing concern.

Completed crawlspace moisture and water-intrusion mitigation, including light organic growth cleaning and spot treatment of affected subfloor, joists, rim joists, and sill plates. Installed a Titans Crawlspace Flow System along the designated foundation walls to collect and redirect water to a new 1/2 HP Elite Sump Pump System. Installed buried downspout extensions with pop-up drainage to direct exterior water away from the foundation. Repaired and secured the existing crawlspace vapor barrier along foundation walls and interior piers to restore continuous moisture protection.
