Installed a 50PPD Elite Series Titans dehumidifier in the basement utility room with a condensate pump and exterior discharge line to control excess humidity. Installed 30 linear feet of buried PVC downspout extensions with drainage to redirect roof runoff away from the foundation and reduce moisture intrusion.
