The customer contacted us regarding fungal growth, contaminated debris, and moisture issues in the crawlspace. They needed a comprehensive solution to treat the fungal growth, remove damaged debris, improve moisture control, and protect the crawlspace from future moisture and organic growth.

The crawlspace was treated with Bioesque Disinfectant and Envirowash, followed by hand/brush scrubbing of accessible organic surfaces. Contaminated debris was removed and disposed of commercially. Two 1/2 HP Blue Angel sump pump systems were installed, along with a 20 Mil premium white poly encapsulation system. Foam board insulation was installed on the foundation walls, and a 100 PPD dehumidifier with condensation pump was installed to control humidity and help prevent future fungal growth. Two porch access doors were also addressed.
