The customer called to address sagging or weakened floor support and wanted to reinforce the crawlspace structure to improve stability and floor levelness.

Installed 16 adjustable steel Power Posts, 5 ft or less, to reinforce and stabilize the floor system. Posts were secured under the existing 4x6 wood beam and installed on existing footings to provide additional structural support and help prevent future settling. The existing footings and beam reduced the cost by $75 per post.
