That alone already made me feel confident I chose the right company. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony the sales guy. Anthony is a great guy and you can tell he actually cares. When he realized I needed help making the right decision and choosing the right company for the job he didn’t just try to sell me something. He helped me negotiate and even connected me directly with Matt the owner which really meant a lot and made the whole process feel honest and transparent. They did a full crawlspace encapsulation and wow my crawlspace is a completely different place now. I honestly love the results and the quality of their work really shows. These guys truly care about doing things right. When I mentioned I was a bit worried about the plastic over the concrete base not lasting long in certain areas they didn’t argue or brush it off. They just added a double layer of plastic at no extra cost. That says everything about their mindset. They gave me a really good price. Yes they were slightly more expensive than another competitor but their quality is worth every single penny I paid. No regrets at all. They also removed a huge amount of old fiberglass insulation and construction trash from my crawlspace and somehow left my yard and my house just as clean as before they arrived. Not a single piece of fiberglass anywhere. I was honestly impressed. On top of all that they built me a really nice trap door with stairs so now I can easily get into the crawlspace. Such a game changer. I uploaded some before and after pictures to show their good work. You might think why I am super excited, honestly because I got really good deal with great quality. These guys dis the work over 5 grand under quote from a large company like Lee. I got many quotes. So I saved a good amount.
