Matt and Crawlspace Titans will get the job perfectly and always check in every few months to follow up. The owner Matt is trustworthy and will do right by you. I can’t say enough great things about this company. From a ruined crawlspace to it being remodeled and raising our home. We have a great peace of mind knowing the work was done right. Great company, very friendly, & got my crawlspace looking better than ever. They had to do some work on joists/mold treatment/vapor barrier & identified all the problems, explained the issues, and found solutions that fit my needs/budget. My husband and I are so happy that we chose Crawlspace Titans. We interviewed a lot of encapsulation companies. From a service in our town on through to the big names. Of course, each one had always asked who we have gotten quotes through and one in particular who shall remain nameless said “Oh, ya we can’t touch the quote you got from Crawlspace Titans.” My husband, and I sat down and went through all the quotes and looked at quality of materials, labor costs, what brand of equipment would be used as far as a dehumidifier and sump pump. there was only one obvious and quality choice to be made. The crew that showed up here every morning worked thoroughly and didn’t waste any time getting the job done right. Go with Crawlspace Titans. I first purchased our home 2 years ago off of some who bandaided a lot of work. I met met through our lender and realtor. He redid our Crawlspace and lifted our house. The results are there. He has the best prices in Nashville area. Great group of people are trustworthy and will always come thru for you. As we are now selling Matt has come through with ensuring the house is in great hands for the next person.

Absolutely thrilled with Crawlspace Titan and especially Matt the owner! From the start Matt was super caring and actually took the time to work with me to figure out the best solution for my crawlspace both for what I needed and what made sense price wise. That alone already made me feel confident I chose the right company. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony the sales guy. Anthony is a great guy and you can tell he actually cares. When he realized I needed help making the right decision and choosing the right company for the job he didn’t just try to sell me something. He helped me negotiate and even connected me directly with Matt the owner which really meant a lot and made the whole process feel honest and transparent. They did a full crawlspace encapsulation and wow my crawlspace is a completely different place now. I honestly love the results and the quality of their work really shows. These guys truly care about doing things right. When I mentioned I was a bit worried about the plastic over the concrete base not lasting long in certain areas they didn’t argue or brush it off. They just added a double layer of plastic at no extra cost. That says everything about their mindset. They gave me a really good price. Yes they were slightly more expensive than another competitor but their quality is worth every single penny I paid. No regrets at all. They also removed a huge amount of old fiberglass insulation and construction trash from my crawlspace and somehow left my yard and my house just as clean as before they arrived. Not a single piece of fiberglass anywhere. I was honestly impressed. On top of all that they built me a really nice trap door with stairs so now I can easily get into the crawlspace. Such a game changer. I uploaded some before and after pictures to show their good work. You might think why I am super excited, honestly because I got really good deal with great quality. These guys dis the work over 5 grand under quote from a large company like Lee. I got many quotes. So I saved a good amount.
