We had an "earthen" basement in Pleasant View that was dry for over 30 years. BUT, after the heavy recent storms and rain the basement flooded to over 5 inches of rain. The area became a total mud pie! Two companies came to look at the mess we had - one said he was not anything he could do and the other said he was too busy "right now". In a frustrated conversation Crawlspace Titans was highly recommended to us by a family member who had used their services before and were very pleased - and thankful. We contacted "Matt" at the number given and had an immediate response. Rather than write a "book" on the experience we had with this company I will simply say - They - the whole team - are simply amazing people. All are knowledgeable/proficient, prompt, and pleasant. It did take time to prepare the area due to the standing water and underlying MUD. They took care of that. They took care of EVERYTHING! They hauled away the things that were stored - and ruined, in the area. Making sure we approved of the removal before taking it away. They dug the trenches, they brought the gravel and the black pipe, - and EVERYTHING else that was needed to begin the phase of restructuring what was required for us to have a useable "basement" again. AND - in several places THEY HAD TO CRAWL! (In the MUD) ! This project took time due to weather, etc. However, they always explained what was happening and what was required as time passed and work progressed. They came when they said they would - every time. EVERY TIME! We now have an amazing fully sealed basement, all in white!! It is serviced by a sump pump and associated drain, as well as a dehumidifier. Useable, clean, dry and inviting. THANK YOU MATT and CRAWLSPACE TITANS! You are a Five Star Company

Matt and the crew are the best to work with. With their knowledge and expertise, they're not going to try to upsell you or cheat you. I am not knowledgeable on anything underneath the house. Multiple companies have multiple opinions. The only one that I would trust with my stuff would be Crawlspace Titans. I have rehabbed a lot of houses in the past 15 years, and this Titan crew is by far the best I have found ever. They will be my go-to people from now on.

CrawlSpace Titans completed Encapsulation and other work in our house in January/February 2025. The crew working in our basement was very professional and courteous. They were always on time and kept us updated with the progress and the plan. They finished as scheduled and left the place clean. With the recent heavy rain and flooding, our basement has remained dry. I had other work in another property with encapsulation and basement drain work done by another company and had flooding in the basement with the recent rain. I definitely wish I had used CrawlSpace Titans for my other property work. They are fantastic in the professional manner they work and the results. I will keep using them in both of my properties. I believe anyone using CrawlSpace Titans for encapsulation and foundation work will be very pleased they chose them.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK DONE ABOVE AND BEYOND! I highly recommend to use Matt and the entire team at Crawlspace Titans! They came quickly, gave good advice that did not effect them in regards to my issues in my crawlspace from a long slow plumbing water leak that had caused a bunch of mold! They gave a more than fair price quote, with ample details and made sure I had no questions or concerns. They then scheduled and completed the job quickly. Leaving the fans to dry out everything thoroughly for 4 days before replacing insulation, belly wrap and vapor barrier. Communicating via text and email with pictures throughout the entire process. Even giving courtesy calls and texts just to keep updated on timelines! They not only did great work, a job well done, but were honest, friendly and went above and beyond with customer service, warranties and ensuring me that they would be here in a hurry if I had any concerns. I have already recommended Crawlspace Titans to family for a surprise, severly flooding crawlspace/basement and they have impressed them just as much as Matt and his team did myself! I hope I don't need them again, but if I have any crawlspace or basement issues myself or from any friednds or family...Crawlspace Titans has the job!

Matt was beyond attentive and quick with his response to my inspection request on a home I’m trying to purchase. Answered the call first time and had me set on the schedule within minutes. Eric was the gentleman who came out to perform the service and I couldn’t have asked for someone more communicative. He reached out to me when the appt was scheduled, and let me know as soon as he was done. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me afterwards going over his findings and explaining things to me that I was definitely no expert in. Matt and his team are amazing!! They finished this huge project in a couple days and did great work. Very professional, good communication and fair pricing.
