Reviews for Crawlspace Titans

A huge thank you and shout out to Matt Behling, Becca and the Crawlspace Titans team for the work you did on our crawlspace! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile in getting our job done on time. We were so impressed that Matt, as owner, changed his schedule to personally fill in for the employee who was scheduled to do our crawlspace but was sick. Your dedication and work ethic kept us on time, so that our other contractors (scheduled to come in behind you) could also do their work on time. Matt was also very helpful in making sure we understood all of our options going forward. We highly recommend Crawlspace Titans. You guys are the best!

The most honest company I have ever worked with. No beating around the bush. Up front and honest. All of the employees I have worked with through this experience has treated me like family. I highly recommend them

Knowledgeable, affordable and responds quickly!

He came to view a home i am buying very professional and clear information

Crawlspace Titans were very impressed with the response time, communication and the expertise of the structural needs for the house. They cleaned and treated the crawlspace, installed supports, and replace some floor joists. Excellent job.

Crawlspace Titans did a great job with the foundation work for my house.
The work was finished in 2 days. The crew was neat and efficient. My Crawlspace space looked amazing when they were done
Highly recommend!

Crawlspace Titans responded quickly and delivered exceptional service.

They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful on all areas of my foundation. When my footers prevented the expected solutions, they came up with another way to achieve the desired effect...and it costed less money!

Can’t speak highly enough of Matt and his team. We had a great experience with encapsulation of our Crawlspace with them last spring. Unfortunately, an animal moved into the crawlspace over the winter and damaged the work they had done. Matt gave me an extremely fair price to redo the work that was damaged. I was initially quoted more than double for the repair work through an animal removal service. One call to Matt and found out they were able to do everything the animal removal company had exorbitantly quoted me. His team is always on time & cleans up their mess each day. The communication with us every step of the way has been wonderful. They start on time and finish when they say they will.

Awesome people! So reassuring and a great job done speedily. I highly recommend them. Ask for Matt!

Crawlspace Titans worked on my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely wonderful to work with. They made everything easy to understand, kept me informed throughout the process, and were extremely responsive whenever I had questions. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Crawlspace Titans to anyone in need of basement or crawlspace work—you won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding experience with Crawlspace TITANS. Matt clearly defined the issues, outlined a treatment plan, and I could not be more pleased with the end result. The crew that performed the work was obviously very knowledgeable and worked in a neat and efficient manner.. I would highly recommend Crawlspace TITANS to anyone with crawlspace issues.

Kept me informed thruout the process. Very caring, personable and professional staff.

Matt & his team are hands down the best of the best! As a busy real estate agent, he has helped many of my clients with crawlspace repairs and full encapsulation… He blows the expectations out of the water every single time!! They are fast, professional, reliable and most of all - HONEST! Thank you for all you do & always putting people first.

We had an "earthen" basement in Pleasant View that was dry for over 30 years. BUT, after the heavy recent storms and rain the basement flooded to over 5 inches of rain. The area became a total mud pie!
Two companies came to look at the mess we had - one said he was not anything he could do and the other said he was too busy "right now". In a frustrated conversation Crawlspace Titans was highly recommended to us by a family member who had used their services before and were very pleased - and thankful.
We contacted "Matt" at the number given and had an immediate response.
Rather than write a "book" on the experience we had with this company I will simply say -
They - the whole team - are simply amazing people. All are knowledgeable/proficient, prompt, and pleasant.
It did take time to prepare the area due to the standing water and underlying MUD. They took care of that. They took care of EVERYTHING!
They hauled away the things that were stored - and ruined, in the area. Making sure we approved of the removal before taking it away.
They dug the trenches, they brought the gravel and the black pipe, - and EVERYTHING else that was needed to begin the phase of restructuring what was required for us to have a useable "basement" again. AND - in several places THEY HAD TO CRAWL! (In the MUD) !
This project took time due to weather, etc. However, they always explained what was happening and what was required as time passed and work progressed. They came when they said they would - every time. EVERY TIME!
We now have an amazing fully sealed basement, all in white!!
It is serviced by a sump pump and associated drain, as well as a dehumidifier. Useable, clean, dry and inviting.
THANK YOU MATT and CRAWLSPACE TITANS!
You are a Five Star Company

Matt and the crew are the best to work with. With their knowledge and expertise, they're not going to try to upsell you or cheat you. I am not knowledgeable on anything underneath the house. Multiple companies have multiple opinions. The only one that I would trust with my stuff would be Crawlspace Titans. I have rehabbed a lot of houses in the past 15 years, and this Titan crew is by far the best I have found ever. They will be my go-to people from now on.

CrawlSpace Titans completed Encapsulation and other work in our house in January/February 2025. The crew working in our basement was very professional and courteous. They were always on time and kept us updated with the progress and the plan. They finished as scheduled and left the place clean. With the recent heavy rain and flooding, our basement has remained dry.
I had other work in another property with encapsulation and basement drain work done by another company and had flooding in the basement with the recent rain.
I definitely wish I had used CrawlSpace Titans for my other property work. They are fantastic in the professional manner they work and the results. I will keep using them in both of my properties.
I believe anyone using CrawlSpace Titans for encapsulation and foundation work will be very pleased they chose them.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK DONE ABOVE AND BEYOND! I highly recommend to use Matt and the entire team at Crawlspace Titans! They came quickly, gave good advice that did not effect them in regards to my issues in my crawlspace from a long slow plumbing water leak that had caused a bunch of mold! They gave a more than fair price quote, with ample details and made sure I had no questions or concerns. They then scheduled and completed the job quickly. Leaving the fans to dry out everything thoroughly for 4 days before replacing insulation, belly wrap and vapor barrier. Communicating via text and email with pictures throughout the entire process. Even giving courtesy calls and texts just to keep updated on timelines! They not only did great work, a job well done, but were honest, friendly and went above and beyond with customer service, warranties and ensuring me that they would be here in a hurry if I had any concerns. I have already recommended Crawlspace Titans to family for a surprise, severly flooding crawlspace/basement and they have impressed them just as much as Matt and his team did myself! I hope I don't need them again, but if I have any crawlspace or basement issues myself or from any friednds or family...Crawlspace Titans has the job!

Very professional would highly recommend!

Matt and his team were professional, on time, thorough, and followed through on everything proposed. Highly recommend.

Matt and his team are phenomenal! I’m a busy realtor and this is hands down the only company I use for all things crawl space related. They are HONEST, reliable, and very professional.

Matt was beyond attentive and quick with his response to my inspection request on a home I’m trying to purchase. Answered the call first time and had me set on the schedule within minutes.
Eric was the gentleman who came out to perform the service and I couldn’t have asked for someone more communicative. He reached out to me when the appt was scheduled, and let me know as soon as he was done. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me afterwards going over his findings and explaining things to me that I was definitely no expert in.
Would highly recommend crawlspace titans to anybody that needs an expert in that field. They know what they are doing and are friendlier then all get out. Thank you Matt & Eric!

Matt and his team are amazing!! They finished this huge project in a couple days and did great work. Very professional, good communication and fair pricing. Matt also gave a lifetime warranty on his work which offers peace of mind. I would highly recommend Crawlspace Titans if your having issues with moisture getting in through your home’s foundation.
